When I was shooting this little cutie, she looked 2. Then I get to editing and she looks 3. She looks so tall, like her momma?? Can't put my finger on it. But one thing I DO know is..... how stinking cute!?! And I just realized that she matches my blog page!! Awesome!

Southern Pines Children's Photographer: A Vintage Reese

I keep coming back to this shot, trying to decide what it is that I really love about it. I think I know now after adding this overlay......
This shot looks like a candid snapshot taken in the 40s or so. I'm not great with pin pointing the look for a particular generation but this just shouts VINTAGE to me. Her clothes, the way she's grabbing the suitcase, the old trunk, the old station..... I just love how this came together.
And, she's a beautiful girl:)

Round 2: Dane

I'm only down 1 moldy pumpkin from the outdoor display that Eli rocked out for me. So I'm adding this rotten pumpkin to take its place:) hehehe.... Dane has SUCH a 2 year old attitude on him lately. In response to every question he'd like to say no to is, "NO WAY!". Hahaha.... He's doing great with sentences and has Eli and I cracking up all the time. And if I would remember to record him singing 'Amazing Grace', I'll post it. Oh. My. Word. It sounds like this:
...... That saaaved a wretch liiiike MEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Okay, there is track lighting on the ceiling that is completely messing up this shot:) But it does look great in the store! And Mel is out for about 10 more days, I was dying for her to see it!!
